This includes information about our services, promotional offers, upcoming event invites to webinars and in-person conferences, and free learning resources created to help attorneys. 

We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or message data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers (e.g., carriers, messaging platforms) to operate our SMS program. Message & data rates may apply, message frequency may vary, Reply STOP to opt out, Reply HELP for assistance, consent is not a condition of purchase, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
